Restore system to factory condition with a fresh install; price does not include data backup. Recommended for problematic machines, get it cleaned, freed of infections and optimized at the same time.
For machines with OS problems, we will make every attempt to recover your vital data.
Parts are at cost no mark up, labor is based on install and testing of hardware to ensure functionality.
Migrate data from one machine to another. Also covers 3 backup CD's.
* Bench fee applies to all computers assessed. If DockPoint completes the work, the bench fee will be applied toward your charges.
** 1 hour minimum; additional time is billed in 30 minute increments.
